Response: Make sure we pick the fruit at the right time and pick it right by quality and quantity.

Response: Yes, College of the sequoias.
Question 3: What training or education is required for this job?
Response: Basic Agricultural knowledge and know how to treat and talk polite to people.
Question 4: How did you get started in this field?
Response: By experience, one thing led to another, I began working for this company since my Middle school years by watering the nearby groves then from there i worked my way up as a crew manager, forklift driver, truck driver, and now what I am today a harvest manager.
Question 5: What's the most rewarding part about your job?
Response: Being outdoors and not behind a desk, about 80% of my work time is spent outdoors and the other 20% behind a desk.

Response: Dealing with some people and gathering enough employees needed to get the job out.
Question 7: Do you work overtime a lot?
Response: Yes, about half of the year I work overtime, but I get paid by salary so it wouldn't really be considered overtime.

Response: Yes, averagely about 10 hrs of work per week.

Response: The economy doesn’t really affect my job, the weather affects the most we depend on the weather.

Response: Yes, a lot of supervision will change, more supervision enforced.
Question 11: What advice do you have for anyone that would like to enter this field?
Response: Receive at least a general education in Ag Business to learn how to manage budgets, know how to understand people and speak to them, this will make it easier to get a job
